Lifecycle of a paper

Paper circulation within our company and production line is collected into containers for re-cycled paper and then pressed into special bales using hydraulic presses. Thanks to meticulous collection of paper leftover, we contribute several tons of paper for recycling every year.

01 Closing the loop

We close the loop on polyethylene film. We have developed a process to recover polyethylene film used by our subcontractors and suppliers. Thus, using hydraulic presses, the film from the production process is collected and subjected to reprocessing. We then utilize this reprocessed PE film for packaging new products from our factory. Thanks to this program, our PE packaging is 100% recycled and reprocessed from our own circulation.

02 Renewable Energy

We utilize renewable energy sources. During sunny periods, our energy demand is 100% covered by our own photovoltaic installation. We have equipped our properties with modern and energy-efficient heat and ventilation sources using renewable energy sources.
